“After buying a home, they do a walkthrough to show you the functions and features of the house you are buying. My absolute favorite thing about the buying experience was the binder they provide you after closing. It contains every document you need to learn about the house. It's organized and easy to reference and has folders to put appliance manuals, closing documents, paint swatches, etc. It's basically a one stop shop for everything you need to know about your house. An invaluable asset that would take hours to build yourself. The warranty is also very useful. For the first year, anything that goes wrong that you didn't cause is pretty much covered. It's the peace of mind you need when buying a house.”
